To cease smoking is the easiest thing I ever did. I ought to know because I've done it a thousand times.

    You should really quit. In the end, when you get older, you will have heart disease, and lung disease and it will make living very hard. I know. I thought I was immortal and found out I wasn't. Now I can hardly do anything. And I quit in 1996. But by then my lungs were already ruined and I already had heart disease.

    Yo nunca he fumado...es una cosa que jamas me ha llamado la atención...por eso no puedo opinar sobre como dejar de fumar...
